Rishi joined Paradice in November 2007. Rishi came from Investors Mutual where he was employed for 5 years, spending the last 3 years as an analyst on the Small Cap team. Prior to this, he was responsible for the development of Investors Mutual's Portfolio Dealing and Compliance system and then moved into the role of Quantitative Analyst before formally joining the Small Cap team. Rishi was primarily responsible for included Consumer Staples, Utilities and Infrastructure, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Oil & Gas.
