Andrew joined Paradice in October 2007 after working for 2.5 years at Commsec. During his time at Commsec, Andrew worked for one and half years as a Small Cap research analyst and one year in an Equity Strategy role. Prior to working at Commsec, Andrew worked at the Federal Treasury where his primary responsibility was to advise the Treasurer and Senior Treasury Officials on Economic Developments in the Asian region.
